Prior to your first appointment, you will receive an email with documents to complete. Please fill out all of these online forms before you attend your first session, including the Emergency Contact/Release of Information form.
The initial appointment is an intake appointment. We will spend this hour getting to know one another, discussing your goals for treatment, and sharing our expectations for this collaboration. After the intake appointment, each following appointment is expected to last approximately 50 minutes.
